Example Sentence: After turning 40, Mark quit his job and bought a sports car, going through what seemed like a mid-life crisis.

📌Quarter-life crisis (noun): A term used to describe a period of uncertainty and questioning that may occur in a person's twenties, typically related to career, relationships, and personal identity.

Example Sentence: Emily experienced a quarter-life crisis after graduating from college, unsure about her career path and personal goals.
