✖You said: We just found the place to go where is suitable for 50 members. We made team to prepare the trip.
✔Better say: We looked for a place / We found a place that can accommodate 50 people. We formed a team that made the preparations for the trip.

✖You said: Every day before sleep look back that day and wrap up the day.
✔Better say: Every day, before going to sleep, look back/reflect on the day (that passed) and wrap up.

✖You said: There is some angry or there could also be joyful of the day. If I summary of the day, then I can see how I spent my time.
✔Better say: There was some anger or happiness that was felt during the day. If I summarize the day then I could see how I spent my time.
