✖You said: Taking medicine has finished.
✔Better say:  I've finished taking my medicine. // I’ve finished all my medicine. // I’ve completed my medication.

✖You said: In my opinion, it would be the best if the government can pay for people for healthcare. but in reality, it may not be possible. But I think government have to continue to make effort to increase the budget for healthcare because  people's life cycle is getting longer which means human beings live longer than ever, and that means, more people can have chance to struggle with disease and spend more money for healthcare.
✔Better say: In my opinion, it would be best if the government could pay for people's healthcare. However, I realize that this may not be possible in reality. I believe that the government should still make efforts to increase the budget for healthcare, because people's life spans are increasing, which means that more people will likely contract diseases / face health issues and need medical care / and need to spend more money on healthcare.

✖You said:  In that case, I think the life quality can be lower for people. And that can affect people experience less satisfaction. So, the more government can pay for people's healthcare, the more people can be happy.
✔Better say:  In that case, I believe the quality of life could decrease, leading to less satisfaction. Therefore, the more the government invests in healthcare, the happier people may be. // If the government cannot afford to pay for all of healthcare, then the quality of life for many people could decline. This could lead to people feeling less satisfied with their lives. Therefore, I believe that the more the government can pay for healthcare, the happier people will be.
