✔Better say: I dropped the car wash. // I had my car washed.

✖You said:  In my opinion, wherever they can ask help is good thing. If you ask for help on online to anonymous, they may can say everything, nothing behind. Sometimes,  we cannot say honestly to our people in life because they have worried about they make them worries.
✔Better say: In my opinion, seeking help wherever possible is a good thing. When you ask for help online from anonymous sources, they may be more open and honest, and won’t hold back. Sometimes, we cannot be completely honest with the people in our lives because we don't want to make them worried / we don't want them to worry / we don't want to burden them with our worries/problems.
