🛠️ SENTENCE CONSTRUCTION

✖You said: I’m not doing exercise everyday because it’s too hard to do everyday. I want to do but I can’t.
✔Better say: I don’t exercise everyday because it’s too hard. I want to but I can’t.

✖You said: It always finish as a plan.
✔Better say: It always (only) ends up as a plan.

✖You said: Your body can't get rest enough.
✔Better say: Your body can’t get enough rest.

✖You said: It took 40 minutes to come and spend 15 minutes to change. And spend 1 hour to take class and stretch out after class. And going back home around 40 or 50 minutes. 3 hours a day.
✔Better say: It takes (me) 40 minutes to go to the gym. Once I get there, I spend 15 minutes changing and then I have a one-hour class. After class, I stretch for a few minutes then go home which takes me around 40-50 minutes. In total, I spend about 3 hours a day.

✖You said: I cannot come to exercise this week.
✔Better say: I can’t exercise this week.
