📌memo (noun) - a message or other information in writing

Example: Did you get my memo about the meeting?

📌performance review (noun) - or performance appraisal, a formal assessment in which a manager evaluates an employee’s work performance, identifies strengths and weaknesses, offers feedback, and sets goals for future performance.

Example: In her performance review, she earned a rating of four out of five.

📌spot (noun) - immediately

Example: You can be sacked on the spot for stealing.

📌merchandisers  (noun) - a person or organization that sells products

Example: The merchandiser said demand for products from the film had been significantly less than expected.

📌simile (noun) - (the use of) an expression comparing one thing with another, always including the words "as" or "like"

Example: "Don ate his salad like a vacuum cleaner" is an example of a simile.
