📌constructive (adjective) -If advice, criticism, or actions are constructive, they are useful and intended to help or improve something

Example: If you don't have anything constructive to say, it's better to say nothing.

✖You said: Whenever I give him a task, I have to explain how he do or why he do it.
✔Better say: Whenever I give him a task, I have to explain how to do it or why he should do it / why it should be done.

✖You said: I discover fancy cafe. I just drive and saw the cafe on the road.
✔Better say: I discovered a fancy cafe. I was driving and saw the cafe/passed by the cafe on the road.

✖You said: People who are precious for you. I think I have to distinguish why people say to me like that.
✔Better say: People who are precious to you. I think I have to find out/discover/discern why people say that to me/ why people say that about me. ✖You said: We didn’t close that much.
✔Better say: We weren’t that close.
