✔Better say: I didn’t realize that there are many countries that have such a low number of vaccinated people / that don’t have enough access to vaccines.

✖You said: Many people should die. (=should in this sentence is similar to “have to”)
✔Better say: Many people can die. (=using “can” means that it is possible for these people to die due to being unvaccinated)
