페이지를 참고하여
"Help menu > Edit Custom VM Options."
한 뒤에 재시작하니, 콘솔 한글이 정상 출력 되었다.
지금 생각하니 .vmoptions 설정 값을 파일에서 직접 바꿀 때, 인텔리제이를 켜 두고 바꾸려고 해서 그런가 저 메뉴를 통해 접근했을 때 내가 입력했던 값이 적용되어 있지 않았다.
