✔Better say: I'm not sure if they will come. (or) I’m not sure, first of all, whether they will come or not.

✖You said: The other one is a bit less than the best one.
✔Better say: The other one is a bit less skilled than the best one. (or) The other one comes in second to the best one.

✖You said:  My team lead developer is a man, and me and the other colleague is woman. So, he thought of ratio of gender.
