✔Better say: All healthy men must serve in the military. But if you have exceptional abilities, such as being a good athlete, a popular artist, or a highly educated individual, you can postpone your service until your 30s.

✖You said:  If you get a gold medal in Asian game or medals or Olympic games, then you don't need to go to the military service.
✔Better say: Winning a gold medal in the Asian Games or Olympics exempts you from military service. // If you win a gold medal in the Asian Games or the Olympic Games, then you are exempt from military service.

✖You said: Everybody have to do it. Some people doesn't have any opportunity to express their ability.
