Example: I need to work out how much money I can save each month.

🛠️ SENTENCE CONSTRUCTION

✖You said:  It's hard to keep the promise for myself.
✔Better say: It’s hard to keep my promise to myself. // It’s hard to keep the promise I made to myself.

✖You said: I never think walking is not a good workout because it's free of charge. Walking is not hard as much as it's worth.
✔Better say: I don't believe that walking is not a good workout because it's free. For me, walking is not as effective as other exercises because it's not that hard. // I don't agree that walking is a bad workout just because it's free. For me, walking is not as challenging as other exercises, which is why I find it less effective (for improving my fitness).

✖You said: The case like last week.
✔Better say: Just like last week. // Take last week for example.

✖You said: When I'm doing exercise at home, I just stop when I feel too tired. I cannot make myself really hard.
✔Better say: When I exercise at home, I (tend to) stop when I feel too tired. I can’t push myself to my limits / I can’t push myself harder.
